Who provides Project Orion

Project Orion is a product and trade name operated by Rocket Supply Co Inc, a California corporation.

References to Project Orion, we, us, or our in these terms mean Rocket Supply Co Inc.

Eligibility and authority

Project Orion is intended for business use by people who are at least 18 years old. You represent that you have authority to act for the business account you use and to provide or connect the information included in your approved scope.

Early access and private beta

Joining the early access list does not guarantee an invitation, a launch date, a particular feature, or continued access. Private beta access is invite only and may require separate written scope, pricing, security, and data connection approval.

Beta features may change as we learn. We may limit, suspend, or end beta access when needed to protect customers, connected services, Project Orion, or other people, or when the approved beta scope ends.

Permitted use

You may use Project Orion only for lawful internal business planning within your approved account and scope. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe another customer boundary, introduce malicious code, use the service to violate another agreement or law, or attempt to obtain information that you are not authorized to access.

Connected services

If you authorize a connected service such as Amazon, your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. You are responsible for maintaining authority over the connected account and for reviewing the permissions requested before approval.

Project Orion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon may change or limit its services, permissions, data, or availability. Project Orion will not write to Amazon or request restricted buyer information unless a later service scope and agreement expressly say otherwise.

Your information and instructions

You retain your rights in information you provide or authorize Project Orion to process. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service within the approved scope and our Privacy Notice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your instructions, planning settings, mappings, and business decisions. Project Orion provides planning support and does not replace your judgment.

Project Orion rights

Project Orion and its software, designs, documentation, and service materials are owned by Rocket Supply Co Inc or its licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service during your approved access. They do not transfer ownership or permit you to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from protected Project Orion materials except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

Feedback

If you choose to provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment to improve Project Orion. Do not include confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

Service availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but private beta access may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. Forecasts, alerts, and recommendations depend on the completeness and timing of source data and assumptions. You should review important decisions and maintain appropriate business safeguards.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website, early access program, and private beta are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error free results, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Project Orion does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Responsibility for loss

To the extent permitted by law, Rocket Supply Co Inc is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the website, early access program, private beta, or connected services.

Ending access

You may stop using Project Orion at any time and may request account or data deletion as described in the Privacy Notice. Terms that by their nature should continue after access ends, including ownership, disclaimers, responsibility for loss, and lawful recordkeeping, will continue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Project Orion changes. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date. If a material change applies to an active private beta customer, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect when required.
